Our definition of Synergy is the combined effect of the interaction or cooperation or 2 or more people, teams or organisations are greater than one.

We all know that sharing a thought or feeling, sharing and expressing ideas, fear, worries or plans with another can help us to work them through, gain clarity on an issue or plan, hear ourselves and catch our excuses, barriers and desires.

Its not always easy though to find a listening ear that is objective and independent, that provides support but also challenge to help us live our purpose, break through the ceiling of our ambitions, get out of our own way, see our triggers and grow beyond the boundaries of our beliefs.
